CO-CURRICULAR
AND EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Educational success begins with the building
blocks of Mathematics, Science and Social Studies.
Green Country Public School enhances these basics
with opportunities for creativity in critical
thinking and problem solving.
We are dedicated to challenging the students
with subject matter tailored to meet the needs
of each individual.
Additional instructions are given to integrate
the curriculum with sports, the fine arts, music
and computers that are important components
of developing a well-rounded student. The school
has a well-equipped computer laboratory, which
runs windows 98. The children from prep II use
the lab facility. A variety of extracurricular
courses are available/designed to introduce
students to new areas of interest and to provide
meaningful learning experiences. Instructional
recreational courses like basketball, cricket
and tennis, taught by qualified instructors,
who provide an opportunity to accept the challenges
of learning new skills and activities or to
pursue some old favourites.
